Through a special degumming process to remove gum in the oil, which contains free fatty acids in the deodorization section and removed by steam, physical refining has the following characteristics:
High oil refining rate, low consumption.
No waste water.
Increasing the number of fatty acid distillate.
More suitable for high acid value, low miscellaneous plastic oil.
Chemical refining
Chemical refining process which using chemical methods remove free fatty acids, resulting gum and soap produced by centrifuge and separation, chemical refining has the following characteristics:
Adaptable, less demanding on the crude oil.
Production of refined oil quality stability.
And physical refining compared to the smaller amount of bleaching clay.
