Soybean oil is composed of approximately 58 percent polyunsaturated fat, 23 percent monounsaturated fat, and 15 percent saturated fat.

Soybean oil a good choice because it is low in saturated fat but high in polyunsaturated fats. Saturated fat elevates cholesterol levels and may contribute to heart disease.   Soy oil is used very widely in the world.

Flake, solvent mixed with flake, mixed oil, crude oil.

soy oil refining process:

Degumming, alkali refining, decoloring, deodorization, neutralization, bleaching, negative pressure vapor.
