Recently, our vertical sterilizer of palm fruit oil extraction production line sent to Thailand ,capacity is 60T/H. This is a breakthrough for Henan Huatai on palm fruit oil processing technology, because China has no  palm fruit, the technology of palm fruit deep processing technology is not skilled in China,But our engineers based on years of experience and excellent tecnology to finish transformation of the traditional sterilizer and crushed cans, has been patented. the preprocessing section in Palm fruit processing line  is the core, which sterilizer is irreplaceable.

Our production sterilizer tank break the routine ,make fermenters do four meters in diameter, this is the first time in the deep processing of palm fruit, and uses a bottom auger pusher way to dealing with  out material difficult problem of the general vertical fermentation tank , improve production efficiency. Sterilizer is made of stainless steel lining inside to ensure the quality of the oil,extension of the sterilizer life , and solve the acidity of the body material corrosion problems.Sterilizer access to materials with hydraulic automatic revolving door locking mode, no manual operation, to ensure the personal safety of staff in the high-pressure environment, and sterilizer pipes are full-intake system, without leaving any dead ends, to ensure sterilizer effects ,  to lay a foundation  for the later section ,and to ensure the effectiveness of palm kernel nuclear separation.
