Palm oil processing line

Palm tree grows in Southeast Asia, Africa, south pacific, and some tropical area in South America. It originated in Africa, was introduced to Southeast Asia in the early 19th century. The wild and half wild palm tree in Africa called dura, and the by breeding, develop a kind  with high oil yield and thin shell. From the 60s last century, almost all the Commercialized palm tree is tenera. Palm fruit can be harvested throughout the year.
Palm oil process line includes sterilizing, threshing, digesting, pressing, clarification, purification and drying. Then you can get crude palm oil.

Palm kernel oil extraction process as follows:

Automatic palm kernel oil extraction machine have six parts:cleaning station,crushing station,softening station,flaking station,cooking station,pressing station, filtering station

Palm kernel oil refining machine is used for removing the impurities of palm kernel oil, such as fatty acid, phosphatide, pigment. After the process of palm kernel oil refining machine, the refined oil reaches the edible oil standard.

Production quality index:

　　1,transparency : clear and transparent.

　　2,smell and taste: no strange smell;

　　3,color (lovibond colorimeter 133.4 slots) ≤ R1Y10;

　　4,moisture and volatile matter: ≤ 0.10%;

　　5,impurities content : ≤ 0.10%;

　　6,acid value (mgKOH/g) : ≤ 0.12;

　　7,peroxide value (mmol/kg): ≤ 3.
