Palm oil processing plant do a variety of complex processes, to extract crude palm oil from fresh palm fruit bunches. First, palm fruit bunches should be sterilized in sterilizing machines. Secondly, thresher make palm fruit drop off from fruit bunches. Thirdly, digestor and palm oil press machine work together to extract palm oil from palm fruit that is digested. At last, crude palm oil is filtered and settled, then pumped into crude palm oil tank or palm oil refinery plant to be refined.Palm oil refinery plant is through degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization to get refined palm oil. Then use palm oil fractionation plant to get palm olein and stearin. We manufacture different capacity palm oil and palm kernel oil refinery&fractionation plant.
