Rice bran oil is available by adopting the different rice bran extract processing method from those of high oil content oilseeds such as peanut, olive, sesame etc. Rice bran oil should be processed through comparatively complex processing line through rice bran pretreatment, solvent extraction and final crude rice bran oil refining until getting edible standard rice bran oil.

There are lots of oil milling methods available on the market, however, original oil pressing process cannot be applicable for all kind of oilseeds. For instance, rice bran oil because of low oil content of only 16-22%, which will need to do pretreatment before oil pressing process.

Rice bran oil is very special oil. Before oil pre-pressing, rice bran should be expanded into rice bran cake in thin sheet or slice, which can greatly increase connection space of rice bran and solvent. In addition, the fully immerging of rice bran with no. solvent will be helpful to get fully extraction of rice bran oil efficiently and successfully.

After rice bran oil solvent extraction, there are still desolvbentizing and toasting system, evaporation system and condensation system in order to get crude rice bran oil and make efficient separation of solvent. The crude rice bran oil will be finally sent to oil refinery plant in order to get edible standard rice bran oil.
