Twice peeling, once polishing can ensure effective peeling and germ removing, and separates the flour and bran by air suction system.

Screening, it separates the material according to sizes and quality.

Fine selection, according to different gravity, it separates the bran and broken germs from the material by the joint action of cowl flap and airflow.

The Washing Line Consists Of 3-Phase Lizzie Separators In Three Stages Working The Counter-Current Principle, Fresh Water Only Having To Be Supplied To The Last Stage. The Separators Separate The Starch Milk Into The Fraction Starch, Fine Fibers And Water. In This Process, Use Of 3-Phase Technology Ensures A High Starch Yield In Top-Class Quality.

On July 12th morning, 2017 International Seminar on science and Technology Policys and Management visited China Henan Huatai Cereals and Oils Machinery Co.,Ltd. To Investigative and research. The seminar was organized by the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and presented by the Science and Technology Exchange Center of Henan Province. The members are include 16 government officials and scholars from Egypt, Iran, Algeria, the Philippines, Nigeria, Cambodia and Sudan etc. 7 countries. Through this international science and technology exchange activities, the friendship between Huatai Machinery(Henan Huatai Cereals and Oils Machinery Co.,Ltd.) and foreign friends has been enhanced, It has further promoted the Chinese science and technology sector, industry and the world of science and technology, economic exchanges and cooperation.


The International Seminar on sience and Technology Policys and Management is guided byMs Li Xin, the Deputy Director of the China Science and Technology Exchange Center ,Mr Li Jinhui ,the Director of Rural Science and Technology of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department , Mr Wang Peng, the office administrator of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department and Ms Wuyanhua the Director of Hua xian  science and technology bureau and other leaders accompanied by Vice G.M Fan Xintian G.M of International Department Dora Zhang of Henan Huatai Cereals and Oils Machinery Co.,Ltd attended the forum and visited the equipment production workshop.

Process of making palm oil: Sterilization:  Use the high temperature to boil the palm fruit bunch and sterilize(145°C,90-120min). 
Threshing:  Separate the fruit from the bunch through strong vibrating. 
Digesting: Stirring the fruit,then digest again. Pressing:  Separate the flesh and kernel, get crude palm oil and kernel(no crack-send to the depericarper). 
Clarification:  Separate the palm oil and sludge(get 90% pure oil),the oil contains 45%-55% moisture,sludge and other wastes. 
Purification: Oil purifying treatment-increase the purity. Drying: Use the Continuous Vacuum Drier pumps the moisture from the oil,then the moisture decrease to 0.1%.

Palm oil, and other oil are composed of triglycerides with a variety of melting points, thereby the melting point range of oil is different, oil is divided into a solid part and a liquid part through utilizing different melting points and different solubility of various triglycer ides composing oil , and the process is called oil fractionation

Fractionation Plant is a part of the oil modification procedure. Some of the vegetable oils need to be physically or chemically altered so that there is change in the properties of the oil. We have developed unique fractionation plants and systems for the oil modification. Our Fractionation plants are useful in the Palm Oil Refinery Plants to refine and process the palm oil.

Fractionation process is one of the widely used of the three oil refining processes today which extended the range of applications of the edible oils.

From the wheat’s input until the flour is produced, the flour’s processing as follows: cleaning the impurity, the wheat is put into the high effective composite cleaning sieve, using the rotary screen to remove the soil, using the magnetic selector to remove the metal impurities, using gravity classifying and removal stone machine to remove the stone and poor quality wheat.

Cleaning drying, the wheat is put into wheat cleaning machine for water injection, drying and further cleaning impurity.

Wheat wetting and putting into the hopper, after the wheat is cleaned, then put into the machinery room of the cleaning machine, moisten about 10 hours.

Peeling and milling, cleaned wheat is put into the unit mill, after repeated grinding processing, bran and flour are isolated eventually.

Palm oil deodorization process

Deodorization is a high-temperature, high-vacuum steam-distillation process to remove volatile, odoriferous materials present in edible fats and oils. 

Deodorization of fats and oils is necessary to remove the disagreeable flavor and odors that are naturally present or created during processing. Steam stripping of the oils is used to remove these volatile flavor and odor components.

Crude forms of edible oils are deodorized via steam distillation to evaporate all odor substances and leave the oil with a stable taste profile.

Effective deodorization is a complex vacuum steam distillation process that involves using high pressure steam to heat the oil to a precise temperature for stripping impurities and then cooling it to retain the natural oil characteristics.
