The palm oil making step
The palm oil is contained in palm pulp, the pulp is high moisture content and rich lipase. Usually we adopt the method of press to produce it, and this technology is very mature. Before press , Fresh fruit bunch will be taken sterilizer and thresher pretreatment : After weighting the FFB , it is loaded the FFB conveyor by loading ramp, then the FFB will convey to the vertical sterilizer. FFB will be sterilized treatment in sterilizer, the FFB will be heated and sterilized treatment for several time to avoid the lipase be hydrolyzed , after sterilizer ,the FFB is distributed bunch conveyor by the mechanical bunch feeder and enter the thresher machine which separate the palm fruit and bunch , for the empty bunch ,it is conveyed empty bunch loading platform and transport it to outside the factory area at fixed period , the empty bunch could be used as fertilizer and repeat use ; The palm fruit which has passed sterilizer and thresher processing should be sent to digester and then go to special screw press to get the crude palm oil (CPO) form the pulp . But the pressed palm oil contain a lot of water and impurity which need to be clarified by sand trap tank and treated by the vibrating screen ,afterward the CPO will be sent to clarification station treatment section . For the wet fibre cake which be produced by screw press, after separating nut, it will be sent to boiler house to burnt.

One-third of Kazakhstan flaxseed exported to China
According to official data released by the Kazakh government on January 12, China has so far become the main importer of flaxseed from Kazakhstan, Ukrainian agricultural advisory agency APK Inform reported.In April 2019, during the second "One Belt One Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum, the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan and the General Administration of Customs of China signed the "Protocol on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Kazakhstan Wheat Flour to China". In September 2019, during Kazakhstan's President Tokayev's visit to China, the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan and the General Administration of Customs of China signed the "Protocol on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Kazakhstan Flaxseed Exported to China." The signing of the "Protocol" provides the possibility for Kazakhstan wheat flour and linseed producers to enter the Chinese market.
Since China opened its market to Kazakhstan flaxseed last year, China imported 50,900 tons of flaxseed in the three months of 2020/21 (September-November), accounting for 37% of Kazakhstan's flaxseed exports.
APK said that during this period, Kazakhstan exported a total of 137,700 tons of flaxseed (excluding supply to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)), which was lower than the 150,400 tons in the same period of the previous year. However, due to China's strengthened quarantine measures and prohibits the loading of all types of goods (except containerized goods) into China through the border port Dostic-Alashankou, supply has recently been interrupted.
From September to November, Kazakhstan's flaxseed exports to the EU totaled 75,500 tons, compared with 113,400 tons in the same period in 2019/20. According to APK Inform, the decrease in exports to the EU is due to the reduced supply of flaxseed from Kazakhstan this year and competition from China.
Flaxseed, commonly known as flax, is an important oil crop. It is mainly produced in the alpine regions of North China and Northwest China. In recent years, due to its low output and poor economic benefits, the planting area has been greatly reduced, and domestic flaxseed is far from being able to meet the needs of the production, processing and consumer market.
In recent years, the enthusiasm of Kazakh farmers to plant flax has continued to increase. The reason is that flax is cheap and easy to plant, and the price of flaxseed is much higher than that of wheat. Kazakhstan's flaxseed output and the number of production enterprises have increased significantly. In just a few years, Kazakhstan has become one of the main exporters of flaxseed and flaxseed oil, exporting a large amount to European and Asian countries every year. Brief introduction:After preheating, add a certain amount of hot water in the crude oil for degumming. Then add a certain amount of alkali liquor in the degummed oil for alkali refining reaction, and centrifuge out soap stock and oil. After removing soapstock out, the oil begin water washing, centrifuging, and vacuum drying by heating. After dehydration, oil go into the bleaching pot for bleaching, and fitering clay or active carbon. Then after heat exchanger, the decolored oil enters into the deodorization pot. After deodorization, fitering and cooling, the oil enters into the finished oil tank.
1.Degumming Section: Some impurity, such as Phospholipid, gum, and protein, can be dissolved into oil when there is no water, but once there is water in oil, these impurity can be dissolved into water. So, in degumming section, we use the hot water to wash crude oil for two-three times to remove these impurity.
2.Neutralizing Section: Crude oil contains much free fatty acid, which is harmful for health. Free fatty acid can have the reaction with caustic soda, during the reaction, it can be saponified and becomes soapstock, then small soapstock pellets will sink and becomes sediment and be pumped out. After neutralizing, most of the free fatty acid will be removed out.
3.Decoloriztion Section: Most of the crude oil has deep color because of the pigments, such as carotene, xanthophyll, etc. We use bleaching earth to remove pigments, because bleaching earth has strong adsorption capacity. Then pump oil into plate filter to remove bleaching earth, then pigment also will be removed out along with bleaching earth, then oil will be clean and transparent.
4. Deodorizing Section: Pure oil has no smell, but different crude oil has their special smell because of some volatile matters, for example the oxide for ketones, aldehydes, hydrocarbons. In deodorizing section, we deliver steam into oil continuously, and make sure steam and oil can fully contacted under high temperature and pressure, then volatile matters can be removed out along with the steam.

The temperature of oil manufacture room should keep between 15℃ to 20℃. If the temperature is too low, it will affect the oil yield and oil quality.
