Henan Huatai Cereals and Oils Machinery Co., Ltd. undertakes to build a 1500TPD soybean oil processing project that can process soybean oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil and other oilseeds.
The main production workshops include pretreatment, pre-press workshop, extraction workshop and refining workshop.
After cleaning and removing impurities, the soybeans are distributed to various silos for storage by the horizontal scraper conveyor, and then sent to the pretreatment and pre-press workshop through the scraper conveyor. The flaking machine performs tableting, and the embryo pieces are sent to the extruder from the conveyor, and the expanded material is sent to the extraction after cooling and drying. Fresh air devices are installed in the bucket elevator hoist inlet cleaning screen sieve removal stone machine and so on. Vegetable oil Winterization process is the process of removing waxes from oil by means of crystallization growth of waxes crystals in crystallizes then followed by filtration system to separate winterized oil from wax crystals.
The step of winterizing process is usually the third stage after degumming, neutralization process and bleaching process.
An alternative to winterization process is the cold refining process in which the crude oil in degumming section is treated with low temperature after dosed with phosphoric or citric acid solution then dosed with caustic soda solution.
The oil is then transferred to crystallizes where very low temperature is reached and the mixture is gently agitated to form slurry of gums, soap and waxes.
This mixture is directed to a centrifugal separator where the slurry mixture is separated from oil.
The oil thenproceeds to the washing step.
