1.Palm bunch reception station
Palm bunch reception station is the primary processing of crude palm oil processing machine. It makes preparation for raw material processing and treatment.Palm bunch reception process is finished at loading ramp. This loading ramp makes palm fruit unloading, cleaning, storage platforms, adopting all hydraulic segmented discharge.
Palm bunch sterilization station utilizes high temperature (145℃, 90-120min) to cook palm bunches. Palm fruit can easily separate from palm bunches and become soft. Owing to increasing humidity of palm fruit, crude palm oil can be easily extracted from fruit. Palm kernel core can much easy separate from kernel shell, preventing enzymatic decomposition, and avoid elevated levels of free fatty acids.
3.Palm bunch threshing station
Palm bunch threshing station uses strong vibration to make separation of palm fruit from palm bunches. Raw materials after sterilization are sent to bucket elevator through damp car, and elevated into threshing machine. Palm fruit separates from bunches, sent to next section elevator through screw conveyor. Empty bunches through conveyor and charger, are transported to certain place for further treatment by car.
4.Palm fruit crushing
The purpose of palm fruit crashing is used to separate the pulp and nut and crush the palm pulp,the steam is used to cook the palm fruit and broke the cell of pulp.The best condition of cooking is 90~100℃ .
Because of sterilizing, threshing and crashing made the pulp soft and damage pulp cell structure, the palm pulp becomes soft and cell is broken. Then it is sent to continuous screw press. After pressing, oil palm fruit is divided into two parts: the mixture of oil, water and solid impurities, and the press cake (fiber and nut).The pulp stone separation obtained CPO and stone, press machine adopts the double screw helix continuous discharge and hydraulic, greatly improving production efficiency.
6.Palm oil clarification station
Palm oil clarification station can extract crude palm oil from sludge. The obtained crude palm oil purity can reach up 90%. The extraction oil contains 45%-55% moisture, sludge and other impurities.
7.Palm kernel recovery station
Palm kernel recovery station assures high efficiency recovery process of palm kernel after palm oil pressing processing line. It prepares for further step palm kernel oil pressing process after splitter and crushing.
(2) Decoloring section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate.
(3) Deodorizing section: to remove off the odor components in oil.
(4) Dewax: used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.
(5) Heat-transfer oil stove: supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280°C.
(6) Steam generator: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.
(7) Vacuum pump: supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.
(8) Palm oil press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.
(9) Air compressor: blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.

Main process in palm kernel press line:
Screw expeller is to extract the oil from oil bearing materials by the pressing power which comes from the change of chamber volume, drive from screw worm, resistance of curve teeth at press rings and extrusion friction between oil materials. Under the heavy pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from gap of press bars and oil trough of press rings. Either big scale and small scale of screw oil expeller, they have similar theories in screw expeller pressing. Because the screw type seed oil expeller is mainly used by extrusion theory, so it is also called as oil extruder or oil extrusion process.
Main process in palm kernel press line:
◆Palm kernel Cleaning : It is used for removing the iron impurities, stone, fiber and pthers. These impurities are bad for machines, especial for the palm kernel oil expeller.
◆Palm kernel crushing:because the palm kernel is hard and big size, it is required to crash to smaller and even pieces. If once crashing can not reach the requirements, the second crashing is required. Crush palm kernels after softening and drying. The centrifugal crusher breaks nuts and separate palm kernel out completely.
◆ Palm kernel and nuts shell separation. Both dry and wet separations are available. Wet separation is mostly used in palm kernel separation, on basis of difference of relative density of palm kernel and shell.
◆ Palm kernel drying. Fresh kernel contains 20% moisture. Palm kernel has no mildew during transportation and storage while moisture drops below 7%.
◆ Cooking section: It is used for heating and cooking the crashing materials, to make is suitable for pressing, doing like this can help final user get the maximum oil and good quality cakes.
◆ Palm kernel oil pressing. Palm kernel oil pressing processing line is simple with usual oilseeds. The pre-pressing by oil pressing machine can obtain 1/4 palm kernel oil, and residual oil need twice pressing.
