On 22nd Nov.2017, China Huatai Cereals and oils Machinery Co.,ltd with Kenya AFRICHEM BOTANICALS LTD successfully signed contract for full set of Pyrethrin Pretreatment and Extraction Equipment. The insecticidal toxicity of Pyrethrin increased 10 to 100 times than organic chlorine, organic phosphorus, carbamates. Because of the small dosage and low working concentration of Pyrethroid, it is safer for humans and animals, few pollution for environmental. As one of the major pyrethrum origin, Kenya government opened it’s policy to allow private enterprise to produce pyrethrin in the recent years. Palm oil is divided into red oil and white oil. Red oil is pressed by the palm fruit pulp, mainly for edible oil.White oil

 is pressed by the palm kernel, mainly for industrial oil.

,Red oil is made by the fresh palm fruit string, each string is 10Kg to 20Kg.The fruit string should do the high temperature cooking.

Threshing the fruit for the string, heating and pressed by our palm oil press can get red oil with water.

(1). Refining pot: used to P-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and 

water rinsing.

(2).De-color pot: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease de-hydrate. 

(3).De-odor pot: used to remove off oils odor, foreign smells (stainless made) Heat transfer oil stove: supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280 ° C.

(4).Steam generator: produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation. 

(5).Vacuum pump: supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can

 reach above 755mmHg.

(6).Press filter: filter clay, filter out clear oil.

(7).Air compressor: blow dry bleached clay.
