Rapeseeds oil refining process is prepress crude oil, pump, add phosphoric acid, centrifugal mix, oil refining pot, heater, continuous vacuum dehydrating.

Palm oil, extracted from the palm fruit, is one of the few natural oils to have a high amount of saturated fat. After it’s pressed by the palm oil machine, it is crude palm oil. Crude palm oil refining process includes following steps.

Filtration: The purpose of this step is to remove the granular impurities in palm oil.
Degumming: Pumping crude oil into oil palm refining tank, stirring quickly, and simultaneously heating by steam or heat-transfer oil. Then add hot water. Control the water amount, temperature and water adding speed. If phospholipid lasts long suspended in oil, which is hard to gather to make flocculent precipitate. We can rise up the speed of adding water, conversely slow down. At the meanwhile, adding alkali to remove the FFA. For the batch type and semi-continuous type refinery, they will adopt precipitation separation method, continuous refineries will adopt centrifuge separation method.
Decolorization: Inhale definite amount of decoloring agent into the oil, continuously stirring and heating for 25min. After that, pump the mixture of oil and clay into filter to separate oil and clay.
Deodorization: Pump and heat decolorized oil, when oil temperature reaches above100℃, injecting the direct steam to take the odors away. We can get refined palm oil, which is edible at this step.
Fractionation: This is very important process in palm oil refining, Fractionation is the special treatment for palm oil, cooling palm oil, high melting point component will crystallize, through twice filtration can fractionation of three different melting products, palm stearic melting point high than 40℃， palm oil melting point at about 30℃，the liquid palm oil melting point is below 20℃，liquid palm oil quality can reach high grade cooking oil standard.

The soybean oil is rich of linoleic acid, α-linolenic acid, fatty asic , Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin D and some others nutriment . In nowadays, the soybean oil is already the main important edible oil. Soybean is the main oil seeds of the world.

The soybeans are first cleaned, dried and dehulled to oil extraction. The soybeans are also heated to about 75°C to coagulate the soy proteins to make the oil extraction easier.

Extraction of soybean oil, first the soybeans are cut in flakes which are put in a percolation extractors and immerged with a solvent, normally hexane. Counterflow is used as extraction system. After removing the hexane, the extracted flakes only contain about 1% of soybean oil and is used as livestock meal or to produce food products such as soy protein. The hexane is separated from the soybean oil in evaporators. The evaporated hexane is recovered and returned to the extraction process.

Purification of soybean oil
The crude soybean oil still contains many oil-insoluble and oil-soluble impurities that needs to be removed. The oil-insoluble material are removed with filtration and the soluble materials is removed with different processes including degumming (removing of phosphatides), alkali refining (washing with alkaline solution to remove free fatty acids, colorants, insoluble matter and gums) and bleaching (with activated earth or activated carbon to remove color and other impurities.

Soybean is generally cultivated in the tempered region with water availability.  Soybean oil can be extracted from soybean by solvent extraction plant, the demand of soybean oil is increasing rapidly, so there is good scope for new entrants.

Soybean oil is high in poly and monounsaturated fats, low in saturated fats and trans fat free. Even after extraction, soybean oil retains its natural antioxidants, affordable, versatile and mild, soybean oil is used in over 75% of all commercial food production.

Soybean oilproduction line inlucdes: soybean seeds, cleaning, dehulled, heated, cracked ,flaked, extruded before entering the press.

Soy oil is extracted from soybean flakes, the mixer of solvent and crude oil with concentration gradient, crude oil mixture is pumped out for evaporating. The evaporating section consists of several evaporators, after evaporating section, crude oil for refining and solvent for recycling.

Recycle solvent by some condensers, the solvent is transported to solvent storage tank, the waste gas is sent to the absorber for reducing solvent consumption and pollution.

After solvent extraction, we convey meals to DTDC for desolventing, toasting, drying, cooling, then get the qualified products.

The oil is refined to remove color, odor and bitterness, refining consists of heating the oil and mixing alkaline substance. Soap forms from the undesired fatty acids and the alkaline additive, and it is usually removed by centrifuge. The oil is washed to remove traces of soap and then dried.

Oils are also degummed by heating water, the gums, most of which are phosphatides, precipitate out, and the dregs are removed by centrifuge.

Oil that will be heated is then bleached by filtering it through activated carbon, or activated clays that absorb certain pigmented material from the oil.

Oil will undergo refrigeration is winterized rapidly chilled and filtered to remove wax, the procedure ensures oil will not partially solidify in the refrigerator.

Finally, the oil is deodorized, in this process, steam is passed over hot oil in a vacuum dryer, thus allowing the volatile taste and odor components to distill from the oil.
